Recipes "warm" Jogja Settled

Ingredients:
5 pieces of chicken
1 pack of coconut milk powder (diluted with 2 liters of water)
1 pc canned jackfruit
5 eggs

Seasonings:
5 tsp sugar
2 bay leaves
2 slices galangal
salt to taste
5 cloves garlic
5 pieces of red onion
1 tablespoon coriander
5 grains hazelnut
1 ounce sugar (according to taste)

Method:
1. Blend all the spices except the bay leaves, galangal and palm sugar.
2. Boil chicken and discard the water half mateng (to remove fat)
3. Boil eggs and peel skin.
4. Put all the spices, jack fruit, eggs and coconut milk into the saucepan, and boil until the water runs red (about 2-3 hours), stirring occasionally so that the red color evenly.
5. Approximately half an hour before the water runs out the chicken and stir enter.
6. Once the water runs out and the warm red turn off the heat, separate warm, eggs and chicken.
7. Ready to serve with sambal goreng plus krecek (if any)

notes:
if the water has run out but not the red can be added to warm water again, but should add hot water.
